                                                二、崗位職責及要求

                                                 

                                                Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

                                                 

                                                Ø  Coordinating with the Bryant Smithfield IT team to ensure the smooth operation information systems including CampusNexus, faculty and staff email system, student portal and Blackboard.

                                                ·         Managing the program’s technology utilization and maintenance. 

                                                ·         Assisting the Associate Registrar in developing an online student course enrollment system and working closely with the Academic Records Coordinator and the Academic Advisor to ensure the accuracy of academic records in CampusNexus.

                                                ·         Assisting the Associate Registrar in managing the administration of the graduation process for Bryant Zhuhai students, including advising students on the graduation procedures and status, accepting applications for graduation, and processing diplomas, and monitoring, maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of student degree information in CampusNexus. Responsibilities also include running graduation inquiry reports and work closely with the Administrative Services Officer and Academic Advisor to ensure that the graduation list is accurate and complete.

                                                ·         Assisting both the Academic Dean and the Director of the program to develop curriculum for BIT Zhuhai courses including 4+0 and 2+2 student course development.

                                                ·         Preparing class schedules for BIT Zhuhai courses and coordinating class scheduling with the Registrar who schedules Bryant University curriculum and courses for room resources and student time.

                                                ·         Coordinating with other BIT Zhuhai departments on course scheduling planning and course enrollment administration. Also responsible for sharing course enrollment information with the Academic Advisor in order to facilitate academic advising for student curriculum progress and course withdrawal.

                                                ·         Working with Academic Records Coordinator to collect BIT Zhuhai course grades and creating grade reports.

                                                ·         Providing analysis and other support for any assessment activities.

                                                ·         Working with the Academic Advisor to assist with the BIT Zhuhai degree audit.

                                                ·         Coordinating with School of Accounting and Finance (SAF) or other BIT Zhuhai schools to articulate curriculum and course enrollment.

                                                ·         Scheduling all BIT Zhuhai course exams.

                                                ·         Function as an office coordinator for the Registrar’s Office and perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

                                                Qualifications:

                                                This position is best filled by an individual with a minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably with good IT technical skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required and a Master’s degree is preferred. Individuals with the ability to communicate in English is also preferred. Certain requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.

                                                Terms of Appointment

                                                Successful candidates will be appointed on a full-time fixed term contract. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
